I bought a M600 ballpoint and by the time I got to my car and pulled it out of my pocket I was missing the black logo top. My vendor and I looked everywhere for it but could not find it. He tells me he can not get me the little piece, how can I get one?

I have a Waterford Marquis that needs a refill. The present refills that I use skip when writing. I am looking for a refill that doesn’t skip, writes on almost anything (particularly tyvek material). Can you direct me to a place to find such an implement? Colorado Pen directed me to your company in this endeavour. Thanks in advance for your reply.

I have a Pelikan Mod.No. R397 No. 964999 roller pen with gold barrel and black resin top. Also the same pen with a silver barrel and black resin top.Both pens are new and I can’t find any information on them. Could someone tell me what they might be worth and are they silver & gold plate. On the box is R397 schwarz/gold 964999.

I like the feel of your rollerball pen, but your refills leave a lot to be desired. I have medium refills in blue and they are very poor quality. Should be more bold in color.

I have need for 3 black and 3 blue refills. Infomation on the refill is “Pelikan Rollerball 338″ I see an “F” in a black band and then there is an “11″

Please advise where I can purchase and what cost should be.
