I bought a M600 ballpoint and by the time I got to my car and pulled it out of my pocket I was missing the black logo top. My vendor and I looked everywhere for it but could not find it. He tells me he can not get me the little piece, how can I get one?

I have a Waterford Marquis that needs a refill. The present refills that I use skip when writing. I am looking for a refill that doesn't skip, writes on almost anything (particularly tyvek material). Can you direct me to a place to find such an implement? Colorado Pen directed me to your company in this endeavour. Thanks in advance for your reply.

I like the feel of your rollerball pen, but your refills leave a lot to be desired. I have medium refills in blue and they are very poor quality. Should be more bold in color.
